The shop owners were very kind when it came to some adjustments I wanted to make for my planter. They were so easy to work with. Oddly however, the order tracking on this item left me confused. I was very excited to receive it, but it didn’t seem to always be up to date. For the longest time, my package was in one place and then only days later when I informed the shop owner, did it finally get on the move again. I now have it but it is still displayed as “in transit” which confuses me.
